Roles and Responsibilities

ï‚· To design and plan the mining activity will in advance to achieve the monthly/annual targets.

ï‚· Timely dispatches all the mined material to respective buyers/Railway siding / Beneficiation plant.

ï‚· Responsible for managing the plant operations for the various pesticides products with safety, EMS, Quality, and Productivity, keeping employees' morale high and meeting budget. and delivery standards and also to drive manufacturing excellence activities, TQM as per guidelines.

ï‚· Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork, understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop.

ï‚· He must be responsible for all end-to-end operations in the unit.

ï‚· He must be a good team player and able to handle all related operations in the Mine Production field.
