Functional Consultant

•  A Senior Consultant worked as a key member of Microsoft D365 & AX2012 R3 project Implementation. With functional and domain expertise related to installation, setup, gap / fit analysis, customization analysis, testing, user training and go-live support.
•  Define scope of project and customization required for specific implementation.
•  Full D265/AX Functional setup and configuration process knowledge. From RM to FG, Order to Cash & Purchase to Pay.
•  FRD creation, Solution Design Note (SDN),
•  Configuration of Retail store and POS.
•  Coordinating with the Technical team for customization and in designing the requirements.
•  User Acceptance Testing & Feedback.
•  End-User training and Sign-off.
•  Analyze business requirements and do gap fit analysis in Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory & Warehouse Management areas.
•  Scope the requirement & create FRD.
•  End to End management and co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project.
•  Ability to solve complex problems, foresee risks, timely analysis of the same in order to accomplish the project with great quality and schedule.
