Job Description | Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Also make sure to Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and cost (e.g., Challan, invoice etc.)
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents.
- Keep safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
