Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic F&B plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis for optimal financial performance.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety,etc.
