Fixture Design Engineer

• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, tooling, and work-holding solutions for manufacturing
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and detailed design documentation using CAD tools
• Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up, DFM/DFA, and manufacturability principles
• Coordinate with production, machining, quality, and tool-room teams for trials and validation
• Troubleshoot fixture issues and drive improvements in accuracy, productivity, cost, and safety
