Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Manage investor relations and client financial compliance
- Oversee books,audits,tax filings (GST,TDS,returns)
- Monitor cash flow,budgeting,forecasting
- Lead a 10-12 member team including legal staff
- Coordinate with banks,auditors,tax authorities
- Ensure timely MIS reporting and legal compliance
