Job Description | Responsibilities

This position will involve identifying reporting efficiencies, automating opportunities ranging from data extraction to analytics, and implementing next generation dashboard & visualization tools to meet business financial reporting needs. The role will ensure use of business intelligence applications’ best practices, enhancing business decision making and reporting capabilities.

As part of the global finance reporting team, main responsibilities would primarily involve the following:

         Development & support of business intelligence reporting solutions using Power BI and other Microsoft enabled tools to enhance the level of reporting capabilities within the finance organization

      Would be a key contact in engaging with different finance teams to understand their access and data needs, assist the team in building financial data models to support efficient financial reporting. Duties would include report development, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and pre-production support activities.

         Provide support for all the existing reports and work on report enhancements based on direction from the Global team lead.

         Would be involved in the documentation of all the report inventory for finance.

         Support the FP&A group with the required data needed for financial close and financial planning and budgeting process. 

         Assist the Global finance reporting lead on analytics visualization roadmap projects in developing and maintain intuitive and easy to use              reports & dashboards that ensures data accuracy and consistency in Financial reporting.

         Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.
