Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage desktop imaging, deployment, and device management using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Provide deskside and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues while meeting SLA targets through ServiceNow.
- Support IT operations in manufacturing environments, including specialized systems.
- Assist with LAN, wireless, and server administration, cybersecurity updates, documentation, asset management, and reporting.
