Field Engineer

1. Provide onsite and deskside IT support for Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and network issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
3. Manage user accounts via Active Directory and assist with SCCM deployments.
4. Support conference room setups, A/V equipment, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
