Job Description | Responsibilities
- Coordinate rail parcel bookings, dispatches, and deliveries
- Visit railway stations, vendors, and customer locations as required
- Manage parcel documentation, tracking, and shipment schedules
- Coordinate with railway staff, transporters, and internal teams
- Resolve shipment issues and maintain daily operational reports
