Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage overall engineering and facility operations.
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage building utilities, equipment and assets. Coordinate vendors, contractors and AMC service providers.
- Monitor facility performance and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Lead engineering and maintenance teams.
- Control maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
