Job Description | Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, elevators, DG systems, STP/WTP, and BMS.
- Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and provide operational updates.
