Job Description | Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth functioning of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, elevators, DG systems, STP/WTP, and BMS.
  • Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients and provide operational updates.
