Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Make 50+ productive customer calls daily to drive AMC/CMC conversions
- Track and improve contract penetration rations weekly
- Achieve monthly AMC/CMC sales targets
- Maintain & monitor warrantly expiry data by zone,ensuring follow-ups start 15 days in advance
- Response to customer queries promptly & professionally
