Erection and Installation Engineer

• Read blueprints to plan installation/repair

• Install/repair elevator doors, cables, motors & controls

• Diagnose malfunctions in brakes, motors, and switches

• Connect wiring to panels & motors

• Use test equipment (ammeters, voltmeters)

• Adjust counterweights, doors & safety controls

• Test new installations for compliance

• Maintain service records & follow safety codes

• Bike mandatory for mobility
