EPIC Analyst - Billing

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Resolute (HB/PB) billing modules and claim workflows.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve billing errors, claim rejections, and revenue cycle blockers.

• Conduct end-to-end testing for system upgrades, new features, and third-party integrations.

• Partner with revenue cycle teams to optimize charging, billing rules, and reimbursement flows.

• Ensure application compliance with healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA, and payer rules.
