  1. Process donations (cash, cheques, digital, in-memory) accurately into CRM (Raiser’s Edge).

  2. Handle fundraising-related post, buckets, and tins; maintain accurate income records.

  3. Ensure donor information is coded, scanned & archived correctly.

  4. Process online/platform-based donations & claim Gift Aid via HMRC/Raiser’s Edge.
