- Dispatch Management
- Plan daily dispatches as per production schedule, customer priority, and OTD commitments.
- Verify AHU units and components (coils, fans, panels, accessories) against Delivery Challan (DC) and packing list.
- Ensure correct packing, strapping, shrink wrapping, wooden skid preparation, and labeling.
