Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate with the drivers for Pickup and Delivery.
Ensuring the on-time pick-up and delivery of loads.
Ensure the Driver has all the paperwork.
Scheduling and dispatching the Truck Drivers and monitoring the workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
