Assist in food preparation & serve meals/snacks using portion control

Deliver meals to resident rooms/tables per dietary orders & tray cards

Maintain kitchen, dining room & equipment cleanliness/sanitation

Wash & store utensils, dishes, pots/pans; record dishwasher temps

Ensure proper food storage, rotation & labeling per regulations
