- Source and procure diamonds from approved suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate diamond quality, grading, pricing, certification, and specifications
- Negotiate purchase terms, prices, and supplier agreements
- Monitor inventory, procurement records, orders, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with quality, finance, sales, and inventory teams for smooth procurement
