DFT Engineer – ATPG & MBIST Implementation

• Develop and implement DFT architectures for ASIC/SoC designs.
• Perform ATPG pattern generation, fault simulation, and coverage analysis.
• Implement and validate MBIST for memory testing and diagnosis.
• Integrate scan chains, test compression, JTAG, and DFT logic.
• Debug DFT issues and collaborate with RTL, physical design, and verification teams.
