Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoot hardware,software and network issues
  2. Configure and support VPNs for secure remote access
  3. Assist in desktop and system setup,updates and patching
  4. Support cloud deployment and integration tasks
  5. Maintain and monitor firewall and network security settings
  6. Provide timely technical support to end-users
