  • Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), software applications
  • Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems through SCCM / External device (Windows 10).
  • Installation and Managing of antivirus products.
  • Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive.
