Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide onsite and remote support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues including O365, AD, and printers.

  3. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks and system upgrades.

  4. Manage and track IT assets and inventory.

  5. Deliver VIP/executive support with professionalism and urgency.
