• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking all phases of our design projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BU, PM, Tech, COE) to gather requirements, manage task breakdowns, and ensure deliverables align with project scopes.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep teams aligned.
