- Design and develop automotive exterior bumper components using CAD.
- Perform packaging, feasibility, fitment, and tolerance studies.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, prototypes, and production.
- Support design reviews, testing, and root-cause improvements
