Job Description | Responsibilities
- Drive productivity, process improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct time studies, method studies, VSM, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
- Optimize plant layouts, material flow, workstations, and manpower utilisation.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams to improve efficiency and operational performance.
