Debtor Follow-up (DFU) Assistant

• Contact Korean clients with outstanding invoices via phone, email, and text
• Record all follow-up results in internal trackers with accuracy and consistency
• Prepare daily status reports (in both Korean and English) for internal review
• Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Sales, Finance) to clarify client status or escalate non-responsive cases
