  • Support via Intercom (chat, call, email)

  • Update CRM (Close)

  • Run Zoom demos

  • Log feedback, file tickets

  • Onboard Contractor+ users

  • Update help center

  • Reach out to new users

  • Share updates via Slack

  • Spot upsell chances

  • Working Schedule- Sat–Tues (10 hrs) or Sat–Mon (12 hrs)

  • Timing- 9 AM–7 PM / 9 AM–9 PM CST

  • Fluent in English & Spanish
