Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

- Respond to patient queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Provide clear information about healthcare services, billing, insurance, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update systems with call details and outcomes.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- B. Pharma / D. Pharma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft office.
- Fluency in Englis ,Hindi and any of these regional languages - Kannada, Tamil, Odia, Bengali, Gujrati, Malayalam or Telegu.
