Job Description | Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS and push notifications
- Support customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and targeted marketing activities
- Track campaign metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions and engagement
- Coordinate with content, design, product and analytics teams for campaign execution
- Maintain CRM data, prepare reports and support A/B testing and campaign optimization
