Job Description | Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing/sales strategy to meet business growth objectives
- Develop strong understanding of customer behaviour and expectations
- Drive the ATL, BTL and direct marketing initiatives
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs, gain insight and assess against goals
- Monitor market trends and competitors activities
- Providing clear guidance and direction in developing and implementing strategic marketing plan
- Developing annual brand plans in partnership with the sales team
- Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with agencies and vendors and manage their resources effectively, including advertising, public relations and corporate communication efforts to capitalize on brand presence opportunities
- Develop segmentation and customer relationship models that better identify targets and allow for more customized marketing programs
- Forecasting, sales planning and reporting all delivered at a high level
