Job Description | Responsibilities

L&D across multiple centres by designing and delivering hospitality, customer service, grooming, communication, and SOP-based training. Develop training content, assessments and TTT programs; identify skill gaps; coach frontline teams; conduct service audits; and drive consistent customer experiences. Analyse feedback and complaints, measure training effectiveness, prepare reports, and collaborate with HR & Operations to improve service quality. 5–10 years relevant experience preferred.
