- Validate and release pathological reports with clinical correlation and TAT adherence
- Train, mentor, and assess technical teams for SOP compliance and error reductio
- Monitor reagent/consumable utilization, equipment maintenance, and downtime prevention.
- Present operational dashboards (CSAT, TAT, QC, rejection trends) to HO team.
