- Manage secretarial compliances for all types of companies
- Prepare agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes for Board, Shareholders, and Committee meetings
- Manage FEMA and RBI filings
- Handle compliances related to Rights Issue, Bonus Issue, Private Placements, CCPS, Debentures, and Loans
