Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage commercial activities, contracts, budgets, and cost control for fit-out projects.
- Handle BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, valuations, and variations.
- Lead subcontractor negotiations, procurement, and payment certification.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, claims, and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and client teams for timely delivery.
