Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone calls, emails and/or personal visits for overdue payments.
- Convince the customer to clear the pending dues.
- Complete ownership & responsibility of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper resolution of queries of the customers.
