Job Description | Responsibilities
- Monitor and track cargo movements to ensure timely pickups, transit, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers to resolve shipment issues.
- Update shipment status, maintain accurate records, and prepare tracking reports.
- Ensure compliance with transportation procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support smooth logistics operations by proactively identifying and resolving delays.
