Cloud Production Support

1. Provide L1–L3 support for cloud-based production systems and processes.

2. Monitor and troubleshoot AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and Athena.

3. Support and maintain ETL workflows using Glue, Airflow, and PySpark.

4. Analyze logs, system configurations, and data to resolve production issues
