Job responsibility
1.    Preparing quotation & Proforma Invoice
2.    Follow-up with client for purchase orders/ work orders & Payments
3.    Process the orders for production
4.    Coordinating with production team for dispatch schedule
5.    Sending mails to the client regarding material status and dispatch details
6.    Follow up with the client for order status against submitted offer
7.    Sending Proforma Invoice for the advance payment for materials
8.    Follow up for payments for PDC & BG against work order.
9.     Attending queries raised by clients for product
10.    Study the drawing and work out qty
11.    Have discussion with Client regarding Drawing and other technical queries
