- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, materials, labor, and construction requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, and subcontractor/vendor comparisons.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets to support cost control.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, design, and site teams for accurate costing.
