- RCC Multistoried Residential Building project of minimum 10,000 sqm with 4 or more storeys, OR
- RCC building project of 5,000 sqm with 3 or more storeys, OR
- Building project with a minimum value of ?50 crore.
- Experience as an Civil Engineer in RCC multistoried residential building construction projects with the above specifications.
