Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams(accounts,tax,legal,secretarial) for smooth financial operations
- Track financial covenants,IRRs,ratings & assest valuations
- Possess strong knowledge of banking products: WC facilities,BGs,LCs,SBLC
- Ensure compliance with FDI,ECB,FEMA & SEBI regulations
- Support M&A transactions & strategic finance project
