Business Development Executive

- Participate in the origination of equity and debt fund raising transactions, valuation and advisory transactions. 

- Keep track of developments in various sectors/ industries and identify potential equity/ debt fund raising opportunities. 

- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly. 

- Prepare transaction marketing material e.g. teasers, pitch-books with highest expectations on quality of output. 

- B.Com BBA/ BMS / would be preferred. 

- Candidates should already be residing in Mumbai
