Review and analyze RFP questions to determine key project requirements.
Work with Subject Matter Experts and Service Lines across the entire RFX Lifecycle – Proposal, SOW, Feature List, etc.
Should have good knowledge of documentation – BRD, SRS, FRS & User Stories. .
Generate initial draft using content database, templates and other sources. Leverage the frameworks that are in-place..
Interface with management, Service Line leaders, Delivery leaders, Presales and Sales teams to ensure that responses meet client/prospect requirements.
Ensure responsiveness to the client's/prospect's stated requirements.
Incorporate all information into a presentable, professional, and competitive proposal.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and content managers to update the central knowledge base as responses are created, developed and enhanced.
Assist Sales-Presales and Service Line teams in preparing Executive Summaries, Section Introductions, and Conclusions etc.
Manage the proposal submission schedule as per RFX mandate. Own non-technical sections of the RFX.
Proven Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment and should have a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Knowledge and experience in doing similar work in the IT Services Industry is mandatory.
Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging business environments.
Powerful verbal / written / communication / networking skills. Ability to communicate and present to all levels of leadership;.
Empathic listener and persuasive speaker.
Knowledge of wireframes and UML diagrams.
