1. Control and manage fixed marketing costs (FME & BTL).
2. Prepare revenue and cost budgets at both BU and value chain levels.
3. Collect and act on customer feedback (Voice of Customer - VoC).
4. Minimize project delays and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
5. Lead the MIS team to deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting.
