Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Understanding and setting up robust sales operations processes governance across business units
Deliver e ective business intelligence, recommendations through analytical insights to support sales
Setup robust business processes based on organizational changes/requirements, identify and implement BI tools to drive sales/operations e ciency
Adhere to periodic agreed reporting requirements and monitor timely and accurate delivery on reports
Support, setup and present on executive business reviews with detailed sales analysis and insights to identify gaps and recommend next steps
Independently deliver and work with a team of business analysts, operations experts and co-ordinate with various stakeholders on sales analytics and operations activities
Maintain and co-ordinate with various stakeholders on sales operations activities and support business unit initiatives
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Strong business acumen with an ability to understand stakeholders
business objectives
Good working knowledge on sales forecasting, planning, budgeting and variance analysis
Excellent working knowledge of statistical modelling, data crunching and analytical techniques, ability to work with the senior management
Ability to innovate, evaluate and implement new BI tools that create business impact
