• Achieve brand Sales of Avene & Ducray range through the retail & e-commerce channel
• · Drive the merchandising business of Avene & Ducray range of products through effective planning of promotional plans.
• · Manage key accounts & modern trade channel & e-commerce partners by engaging with them regularly
• Strategize & drive the promotional plan on e-commerce portals
• Undertake minimum 5 days of store visit per month to capture insights & field feedback from Beauty Advisors & consumers
•  Train the Beauty Advisors & Supervisors on a regular basis
• Managing the visual merchandising in the stores & ensuring compliance with global standards
•  Develop merchandising displays, PoS visibility and promotional plans to support new and existing products with the beautyadvisors along with in store
• Identify & develop innovative channels for marketing the Avene/Ducray range of products
