System Monitoring and Operation:

• Continuously monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems, are functioning optimally.
• Operate and adjust BMS settings to maintain optimal building conditions based on occupancy, weather, and energy efficiency goals.
