Billing Engineer / Billing & Cost Control Engineer

Responsibilities : 

• Manage contractor and vendor bill verification for multiple project sites.
• Certify bills and process payments as per contract terms.
• Monitor recovery of advances and escalation claims.
• Prepare procurement schedules and monthly cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, and Contracts teams.
• Maintain ERP billing records and support execution teams.
• Reconcile payments and generate work-done reports.
